The lawmakers outside the Valley have been instructed to come immediately,\u201d the lawmaker said, adding, &#8220;The lawmakers have been instructed not to leave Kathmandu as current political developments are unpredictable.&#8221;<br><br>JSP lawmaker Pramod Sha confirmed that the leaders summoned lawmakers and held a meeting, adding that lawmakers were not made to sign on a blank paper.<br><br>\u201cSomething might have been written in the paper.
