The announcement was made during a ceremony at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar, where the players were honored for their recent victory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expressing his happiness at the team&#8217;s performance, the Prime Minister praised the players for not only achieving victory but also boosting the country&#8217;s self-esteem and pride. He encouraged them to continue their outstanding performance in the future and assured them of his unwavering support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister also mentioned that the government had previously awarded the players a cash prize of Rs 200,000. He then directed the National Sports Council to promptly install modern flat lights and scoreboards at the Kirtipur-based Cricket Ground, and pledged to speed up the construction of cricket grounds at Mulpani and Chitwan, among other locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prime Minister promised to recognize and honor the hard work of the cricketers, and to provide them with further facilities and physical infrastructure in the future. The Member-Secretary of the NSC, Tanka Lal Ghising, and other office-bearers were also present at the event.
