With this, the centre has now come into full-fledged operations to provide all customer services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstablished in line with the company\u2019s brand promise Today, Tomorrow, Together, the centre provides all customer services, ranging from a general enquiry on products and services to SIM subscriptions, internet setting to various enterprise services,\u201d Ncell said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The centre also caters to customers\u2019 other requirements such as upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM, change of SIM, conversion from SIM to e-sim, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge and transfer, among many other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cAt Ncell, our main focus is to create value in services for our customers,\u201d said Jabbor. \u201cThe new centre in Lahan is a part of our commitment in serving our customers with world-class customer services locally.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The centre remains open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week. Prior to this, Ncell had been providing customer services for the last 10 years from its old centre in Lahan.
