{"id":51865,"date":"2024-11-15T14:23:38","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T08:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nepallivetoday.com\/?p=51865"},"modified":"2024-11-15T14:23:40","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T08:38:40","slug":"seven-dead-in-darchula-road-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nepallivetoday.com\/2024\/11\/15\/seven-dead-in-darchula-road-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"Seven dead in Darchula road accident"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Darchula:<\/strong> Seven persons died and six others were critically injured in a road accident occurred in Darchula district this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is said that a jeep heading to Gokuleshwor from Malikarjun Jatra met the accident at 4:00 am today in Sirad river of Shailyashikar Municipality-5.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Prakash Dahal said that 30-year-old Birendra Rawal and Shanti Rawal, 28, of Shailyashikar Municipality-5, Dilip Bista, 45, of Shailyashikar Municipality-9 and Sanjib Bohora, 15, of Dilashaini-5 in Baitadi district died on the spot in the accident.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, Mohammad Safir, 45, and Mohammad Basim, 18, of Uttar Pradesh in India also passed away in the mishap, DSP Dahal said. Identity of one is not ascertained as yet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jeep was carrying the passengers from the Malikarjun Jatra, a popular fair in the district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the injured ones are rushed to Gokuleshwor Hospital.
