{"id":613,"date":"2021-04-17T13:10:28","date_gmt":"2021-04-17T07:25:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nepallivetoday.com\/?p=613"},"modified":"2021-04-17T13:10:30","modified_gmt":"2021-04-17T07:25:30","slug":"five-killed-in-kohalpur-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nepallivetoday.com\/2021\/04\/17\/five-killed-in-kohalpur-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"Five killed in Kohalpur accident"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Banke<\/strong>: Five people were killed when a bus and a container collided head-on near Kohalpur of Banke on Friday evening.<br><br>The deceased have been identified as Uday Batha, 21, of Kohalpur municipality-12; Khagendra Bahadur Sunar, 25, of Kohalpur-13; Jeevan Kumar BK, 41, of Satakhani-7, Surkhet; Chhatra Bahadur Katawal, 45, of Mechi municipality-10, Jhapa and Ambika Kanti, 32, of Sukhipur rural municipality-3, Siraha, according to the Area Police Office, Kohalpur chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal.<br><br>Ambika&#8217;s one-and-a-half-year-old daughter who was accompanying her mother was left unhurt in the accident and she is under the care of Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur.<br><br>A total of 37 people were on board the passenger bus (Me 1 Kha 3347) when it met with the accident as it was heading towards Dharan from Surkhet.<br><br>The bus and an &#8216;on-test&#8217; container collided near the Rohoni Bridge along the East-West Highway at Kohalpur-13.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Banke: Five people were killed when a bus and a container collided head-on near Kohalpur of Banke on Friday evening.
